Our finance department, working in tandem with the operations team, use their extensive experience to set accurate annual service charge budgets ensuring the efficient administration of rent and service charge accounts and the recovery of other occupational costs.

In Active we use the ECS Qube (Estate Computer System), a bespoke, electronic system used throughout the UK and Ireland by leading and well respected facilities management companies.

This system provides clear financial information for effective and efficient management for both property owners and property occupiers. It also provides detailed tracking and reporting on all financial aspects of our managed properties. For example, provision of tenant statements, generation of financial reports, published audited accounts and end of year balances.

Service Charge and Rent Collection

We provide service charge budget preparations, rent/service charge collection and banking. We ensure all clients’ funds are lodged to specific client accounts, in accordance with the clients’ instructions and relevant legislation.
