Our aim is to provide the investor with a continuous assessment of their property, ensuring the continuing suitability of the property in terms of income growth prospects, capital value and capital growth.
We advise on the property opportunities including changes in planning, expansion or moving to a new location. Or internal opportunities such as an alternative, more profitable use of the accommodation: to change the use, to sublet surplus space or to develop excess land. We also provide financial assistance, where necessary, for improving the property and thus the return for the investor.
We maintain a balance of the type of investment. For example, between one class of property and another: a high yield property versus those producing low yields but with greater growth prospects.
